Our bees are a variant of the Buckfast breed, known for their calm temperament and adaptability to the tough conditions of Åland. We place great emphasis on the health and well-being of our bees, and as a result, our colonies are regularly tested for diseases such as varroa mites and American foulbrood. We are proud to say that our colonies are varroa-free and disease-free.

In addition to our delectable honey, we also offer top-quality beeswax and beeswax candles. Beeswax is a pure natural product that is used in various ways, from treating wood and metal to homemade cosmetics. Our beeswax candles are made from 100% beeswax from our own beekeeping, and we do not use additives containing metals or borax in our wicks.

For those interested in beekeeping, we also offer package bees and queens for sale. Our package bees come with a queen from the current year and young bees to start a new colony. We deliver within Åland islands and mainland Finland, and our colonies are varroa-free and tested for American foulbrood.
